eranj
Hi, I almost got everything to work on my Hackintosh.I need to know how make this work or how to get an alternative for OS X 10.8.5:http://sourceforge.net/projects/kuhlerdriver/
Gringo Vermelho
It says on the page that there's support for OS X. Can you be more specific about what it is that you need to know?
Neso
I don't have knowledge in compiling on OSX but i have managed to do this: First unpack .tar file in some folder, on Desktop perhaps. Then in terminal type cd Desktop, the cd folder (where you have unpacked everything). Then leave terminal open, go in the folder, open Makefile with textedit and erase -lrt lines in two places, at the beginning. This is for linux i think and compiler will give you error if you don't erase. Save from textedit. Now download libusb-1.0-0 for OSX. Install and then copy files from usr/local/include/libusb to usr/include/ because project files require them to be there. Then go in the terminal that you left open and type make. You need to have installed XCODE and Command line tools for this to work. make command would compile all this and you will be left with kuhlerd and kuhlerd_ctl applications. I have done all of this but still kuhlerd gives me: Could not find/open device. This is all i know. I have attached compiled apps, try them. http://www.sendspace.com/file/jx2gfg because i cannot upload them here !? another edit Problem is that i don't know how to compile and the drivers for watercooler ANTEC KUHLER 920 are written by anon31337 for LINUX in sourceforge.net and they are only source files. We need somebody with knowledge on OSX and compiling to look at them and tell as what we should do. Drivers should compile and work well by the author. link is in the first post. Neso
I hope someone will know how to proceed from here I fixed mu kuhler 920, by connecting the pump cable to PWR_fan and the two fans with Y splitter cable to CPU_fan. Now my pump is working at 3000 rpm constantly, and the fans spin up or down by the settings in BOS (Q-fan) on ASUS motherboard. No software, one free usb connector and great temps. Hope this will help you.
jamiethemorris
I just manually control mine with a fan controller.
