rickwookie
No idea if you've had any luck yourself but I installed 10.8.5 today on my P5B-E (with same Core 2 Duo 6300 too!) using #####. Important thing is to make sure that along with the EasyBest option, you select Customization>Boot Options>PCI Root ID Fix. The attached is what I used to get networking - probably the same file as available here: http://www.osx86.net/files/download/601-attansic-l1-gigabit-ethernet-controller-asus-p5k/ but not sure where I got it from! Now to find a working driver for the ADI 1988 audio! AttansicL1Ethernet.pkg.zip
rickwookie
Okay so just read http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/279450-why-insanelymac-does-not-support-tonymacx86/ My bad. What I should have written then is that you probably need to ensure that you have: <key>Kernel Flags</key> <string>PCIRootUID=1</string> Somewhere in your org.chameleon.Boot.plist file.
