Hello I have a Apple Ati 5870 I put in my hackintosh but every time I boot I get a little smaller than 1/4 of the screen in the top left hand corner and its flashing and garbled. I get the grey login background still garbled (using 10.8.4) but I can log in if I type in my password but I can see still only see the top left hand corner of the screen and it is still garbled. the card worked great before, any Ideas?

Hey,

This description is not enough to understand your problem.

Your hardware?

Your bootloader?

Mode of booting?

A method to inject graphics properties?

Any results? Any dumps?

Quo Motherboard with 16 Gigs of ram, 256 SSD, Used pandora 2 to install 10.8.4. Darwin/x86 boot v5.0.132 - Chameleon v2.2svn r2181.

Not sure on the injecting graphics properties.

Normally when you have 1/4 of the screen, dual link patch helps.

Resolution depends on EDID and I am not sure the driver get correct EDID through HDMI interface. I will propose you to inject EDID.
