Intel 4000HD HDMI switching not work.

Hi, My INTEL4000HD works by 3 value in HD4K-ig with 384 MB

 

When I connect HDMI to my laptop in Windows 7 , FN key + F5 will switch to TV / TV-Laptop Mirror / Laptop

 

with TV mode: laptop monitor is off and all control is on TV and 1080p resolution works well.

with TV-Laptop Mirror: both show are on with 1366*768 resolution. (bad for TV)

with TV-Laptop2: show both, Laptop 1366x768 and TV 1080p but  TV and Laptop make a big wide screen.

with Laptop: TV off and laptop 1366*768

 

but in my Hackintosh (ML 10.8.2) all works except TV Mode.

+ Audio plays with laptop speakers, No audio on TV
