Hi,

I have installed MAC 10.8 OS on my Dell Inspiron 15r 3521 Laptop.

I reached desktop of my MAC, works fine. Expect Wifi, Sound, Camera, Network card. AND USB drive.

If I insert any USB PenDrive after login-in, it does NOT detect USB pen drive. Since I want to load ##### to install Drivers for my Wifi and graphics card, sound.

Please help me, and guide me on how do I get the drivers for non working hardware.

attached my Hackintosh Dell picture.

I've got the same laptop.  You need to install the USB 3.0 drivers in order to make this work.  You can use ##### to install them or just copy them out of your installer folder that you used to boot up the machine.
