Triple boot - windows, ubuntu, mac

I have a system with Ubuntu and Windows already installed and Grub2 is my bootloader. I intend on using an iatkos build for installation of Mac OSX, where I have a problem is, when I install the iatkos build will the bootloader used for Mac become the primary bootloader, in which case I'll only see Mac as option to boot while Windows and Ubuntu appear missing. I understand this is quite hypothetical but from reading other links about dual boot systems, there's always a few problems, and I can't help but think a triple boot system will cause more problems, which some other users may have encountered and have a fix for. Ideally I'd prefer if Grub2 would remain the main bootloader and let Mac chainload from there, but I'm willing to change if needs be. Either way I want to have all eventualities covered as I don't want to be stuck with just Mac when I go back to college, Ubuntu is the main os of choice for my CS course so I don't want to be stuck in a pickle. Cheers folks
