freeuser16
If boot stops at Bluetooth, then definitely video card is not working. I heard HD4600 works with Clover bootloader + Mac Pro 5.1 SMBIOS without any DSDT modifications. But personally I do not have this card and I can't test it. TimeWalker75a
Is your monitor VGA (D-SUB) by any chance? In case it is -> VGA is not natively supported by Azul framebuffer. I've tried to patch in the VGA connector into different platform-ids based on the previous knowledge (HD3000/HD4000), but I still have not succeeded in doing so.
theconnactic
Even HD4000 is hell when it comes to VGA ports.
_ALI_
so hd 4600 not work vga port?
Cobra03
The only way to get VGA to work that i've found so far is to use Kernel flag -x and no DSDT. it will boot in safe mode but of course no acceleration. There is no VGA on real mac with HD4600.
_ALI_
So how does it work for me?
theconnactic
It won't: either get a DVI monitor or buy a cheap Discrete Graphics card Such as the G 210. P.S. Sorry about the bad Spelling and wrong uppercases: I posted that with the dictation from my iPhone, lol!
