The wsip-70-164-183-149 part refers to your machines host name. In this case, your router / DHCP server is probably assigning that hostname to your machine when it gives your computer the dhcp lease. To see the current hostname, you can execute the hostname command (to change it, use hostname -s and then open up a new terminal to see it reflected).

 

You can also modify the prompt that is displayed. In mac, by default it is "\h:\W \u\$" where \h is the hostname, \W is the working directory, and \u being your username.
