jasperytlau Posted July 14, 2013 Share Posted July 14, 2013 Hello all, This is my first attempt at installing Hackintosh. Could you guys please help me out? My specs are : Asus P7H55-M i3 540 GTS 450 8 GBs of RAM 250GB HDD & 1TB HDD I have recent used the Niresh OS X 10.8.2 but after the installation, I’m not sure if it’s something to do with compatibility issues or I might have installed the wrong drivers. Every time when I try to boot in Mac OS, my screen just go black after the grey loading screen and it appears to me that the computer has gone to sleep. I have tried installing the OSX number of times and booting into Mac OSX with -v –x GraphicsEnabler=Yes or No Darkwake=0 Npci=x2000 or 3000 But still no luck. Please give me some advice because I really really don't feel like giving up just as I begun. Thank you for taking your time in reading this. villts Posted July 19, 2013 Share Posted July 19, 2013 There is an onboard GPU? Turn it off completely in BIOS. If even turned off nothing happened, I suggest you to follow this http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/280756-guide-the-all-in-one-guide-to-vanilla-os-x-including-chameleon-dsdt-for-beginners/ I used ##### and after following this guide I realized this patches to Hackintosh does not worth it.
