startrax Posted June 23, 2013 Share Posted June 23, 2013 Acer 8730g Intel Core 2 Duo 2.4 ghz Radeon mobility HD 3650 512mb RV635/M86 9591 1002 Megalodon Mountain Lion 10.8.3 HDMI port and VGA I see that this topic has died down and would like to start it up again.This laptop is running perfect except no graphics acceleration.I am able to resolution through chameleon but that is it. I have looked at AMDRadeonAccelerator kext and GPU Family name not present. AMDRadeonAccelerator.kext ATIRadeonX2000.kext ATISupport.kext These look like the files that are responsible for this card. I managed to do some editing and add that GPU Family RV635.Attached is the file.Im hoping that someone could finish it to make it work somehow. On load up i get "could not allocate class AMDRV635GraphicsAcellerator Device in Slot 1 AMDRadeonAccelerator.kext.zip Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
