rev4turbomonster
Hi guys, Need some help here please. I have had a stable and working 10.8.4 hackintosh for sometime that I have been happy with. The only thing that I have been unable to get to work is the sleep function. The machine goes to sleep but will not come back out of that state until force a reboot by pulling the power. I have never had working sleep function but deliberately went and bought an Asus geforce gt 640 as supposedly works out of the box. It hasn't for me hence I am here begging for your help. Spec of the machine is as follows:- Asus P6T SE motherboard Intel i7 920 not overclocked or anything like that 12 gb ocz ddr3 1066mhz ram Asus Geforce GT 640 2gb ddr3 and various different hard drives. Any info you need please let me know I really want to get this last peace of the puzzle working.

rev4turbomonster
Guys we have tried altered dsdt and smbios etc and still can't get this working it is supposed to be a card that works out of the box anyone else shed any light. I did have one thought which was that on lion with my old gt9500 sleep would work correctly and wake with no problems. This has never been the case with Mountain lion. I now have a card that is more supported than my old one and think I must be missing some kexts relating to sleep function or something like that please help if you can many thanks Matt
