petee1979
I am running OSX 10.8.2 on a Gigabyte GA-H77M-D3H motherboard, with a Core i3-3225 processor, 8 gig ram (2x4) and running a Geforce 8400GS video card, there is no problem booting the system, full graphics 1920x resolution is used, my problem is every time i open a usb device or a application opens or closes the mouse becomes unresponsive for approx 2 seconds before resuming (i have tried reducing the graphics resolution with no difference made). can anyone suggest anything that i can do to stop this from happening, i mostly use photoshop cs6 and to do common tasks is becoming painful with the pausing of the mouse. cheers in advance

xxnasmaxx
from what i can gather it can be a problem with frame buffer for your graphics kext. you might try patching it.
