GA-X79-UD5 Mountain Lion 10.8.3 build without sound

As a photographer and computer novice, I would like to seek your help if possible to sort out this issue. I've got almost everything working except a strange sound issue. It's been frustrating for my GA-X79-UD5 Mountain Lion build without sound after many days attempts. My issue is that all the sound preferences controls and menu bar icon appeared as normal, just that there's no sound output from all the jacks. I try VoodooHAD and it appeared the same without any luck.

Then I tried a few other Kexts from the forum and the sound icon started to grey out. And then it's become grey out since then, even if I try installing the original DSDT free Kexts again. And I can't figure out any possible solution after that. Appreciated if someone can share any thought on possible solution. And step by step instructions is highly appreciated, as I am not very familiar all those cryptic coding, thus, I usually follow instructions without too much understanding actually.

Below is my config:

Gigabyte GA-x79-UD5 w/ 3930K CPU

Zotec HD-6870 display card

64GB ram

Corsair 240GB SSD

I finally reinstall the system in order to check further for a solution. And after some further research, I found the the pin configurations of my audio is not an Optimized AppleHDA according to:

Interim Realtek Ivy Bridge Lion AppleHDA

Please see attached screen capture. I am not sure what should I do the next. Appreciated if someone knows better could give me some idea about that. Cos' I don't want to do something in the dark and mess up everything again.
