Parelles: virtualization support is disabled

I have intel VT-X and virtualization tech enabled in my bios. I recently reinstalled my hackintosh when I got my Seagate 1tb 7200 RPM HDD back from RMA. Install went fine migrated over all settings and files. I did have to install 10.8.3 update from my old install.

Whats weird is before I moved HDDs parallels worked perfectly fine no issues. Any suggestions on what it could be the exact message I get is

"Your virtual machine may run slow because virtualization support is disabled on your Mac."

Thank you.
