JahStories Posted May 4, 2013 Share Posted May 4, 2013 Hi there, i've downloaded what i suppose is the latest version of fakesmc, the rev. 609, it includes a lot of "new" plug-ins and an app called smart guardian, that should work as fan controller, but to boot after upgrading to this version i have to remove the included OemSmbios kext unless i have a kernel panic and SmartGuar. crashes as soon as i double click it is that kext needed to enable fan control and if it is needed, how can i boot without a KP? i'm using dart=0 as kernel flag but it doesn't fix a thing.
