k3nny Posted May 5, 2013 Share Posted May 5, 2013 As you can read at "Kernel extensions at backtrace", the KP is related to the Nvidia. If you are sure it only happens with the custom SSDT, you should switch back to Chameleon's state generator. As long as you got a low frequency and the highest one your CPU supports, plus a low voltage when the CPU is idling, everything should be fine. But as my hard disk crashed, I have not been in position to get the sound. Can you please provide the correct way to install the AppleHDA.kext & also which one? You need a version specifically for Lion. Try googling for ALC888 and 10.7.5, I'm sure someone has made a working version somewhere. You Chameleon folder is a bit messed up as HUSABER mentioned. I would recommend you to get the newest version from http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/files/file/59-chameleon-22-svn/ and to configure it from scratch without copying the old configuration files. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
