Hello everyone, I installed IATKOS ML2 updated at 10.8.3 , and I tried to follow the guide of Rampage Dev to get the 7870 working!
http://rampagedev.wo...g-with-full-qe/

But with no positive results, when compiling the DSDT I get so many errors, I definitely something wrong.

I am attaching the DSDT extract with EVO DSDTe and IOREG
Can you help me compile it? I am denied!

Attached File  dsdt.aml.zip   14.41KB   24 downloads
Attached File  IOReg.zip   339.69KB   15 downloads

Thanks in advance and Happy Easter!

First of all, thanks for your reply, I tried your DSDT in the path /EFI/ACPI/patched of bootloader Clover, and this is the result:

:/

It stuck at AMDPitCairnGraphicsAccelerator ecc.

I tried changing the framebuffer in the DSDT into Chutoro (the framebuffer of the 7870) and I changed it also config.plist of the bootloader. But starting in verbose mode stops here uploading:

Only in safe mode the computer starts, what can i do? :(

I put in AMDRadeonAccelerator.Kext, ATISupport.kext and ATI7000Controller my id (device id and vendor id)

In the framebuffer what do i must edit?

Now, boot from verbose mode, it stucks at AGMP Unknown Platform

I delete the AppleGraphicPowerManagemente kext (i've the backup) and now the error is here:

This is the (in)famous "DSMOS has arrived" hang, meaning that your system actually loaded but the graphics aren't working. Did you try the sleep trick for the HD7xxx series (google about it)? You're close, man!

In summary:

I installed iATKOS ML2, after I updated at 10.8.3, after I installed v2 r1208 Clover EFI bootloader in the hdd, I put the dsdt of artur-pt in EFI / ACPI / Patched folder, I added my device id (0x68181002) at the kexts. But the hack stuck after DSMOS has arrived. Only in safe mode the PC starts, and in the System Info, Graphics, says: Monitor 7 Mb

I read the topic, but I did not understand almost nothing, the sleep trick you can do when you get to the screen black or white, but I block before these screens .. and if I press the power button nothing happens.

Here are the files that have changed, you can check that they are correct?
