'Memory allocation error!

Hi.

 

Today I just finished made USB iAtkos via my OS X VMware, and after I try to boot on physically computer..but I got an error, like this.

 

'Memory allocation error! Addr=0xdeadbeef , Size=0x0, File=hfs.c, Line=723

 

Not sure what going on though, I was ever install iAtkos 10.7 once and format them for pure windows computer, Didn't ever has this prob..

Some hardware info would help! Somewhere in your system, be it a HDD, an SSD or a USB drive, you have a corrupt HFS file partition. Start unplugging drives until it works, unless it's the USB your using to boot that's bad, in which case reformat and try again.

Oh haha, Forgot that.

 

i3 540

GTS 450

500 GB HDD SATA 3 and flash drive is 8 GB (Flash Drive is Macintosh jonnal btw)

P7P55 LX

4GB RAM DDR3

 

So as you mean "unplugging" mean I need to re-plug the USB again?

No, I mean completely remove whichever drive is at fault. If your 500gb HD has only Windows file system/partitions, than it's the USB and it will need to be reformatted. Or, just burn the installer to a DVD, unplug USB and go. Using VMware to put a distro onto a tumbdrive kinda takes the point out of using a distro (not needing OSX to get started).
