Yes, most of us have hacked our G5's so far beyond the G5 guts that we don't even remember what it was like in the dark ages (PowerPC that is ), but I am hoping that maybe one of you tried to get networking working on a G5 that didnt have an AirPort card installed. My friends boss has a G5 (loves it as is, so don't even think about asking if he wants to get rid of it) with no AirPort card. Now I have an old AirPort card that I can sell him if need be, but the problem is the boss doenst know what kind of G5 it is. He wont bring it into work to let my friend examine it and wont take pictures of it, and this gut is NOT tech savvy at all... so the idea is that the easiest way to get WiFi working for him is a USB dongle. My friend is looking at this one, but wants to be sure before he buys it that it'll work on his G5 machine.

Anybody every used this, or something like this that you would recommend?

Thanks y'all!

Here's the same item at Rokland's website:
Unless they're lying, it should work fine.
It's nice that they still support this device for use on PPC Macs.
