Moreover, XPC can load the system without HPSPlus.efi in constrant to the Clover.

It's imbedded in Efildr, which is not quite legal actually, since its Apples intellectual property.. but oh well.

TimeWalker75a and The other guys What do you think about mbr-instalation for XPC? I have a notion what will happen If I install XPC to the first FAT32 partition. I tried to install XPC to third FAT32 Partition with XPC prepare tool but instead of that I got loading Chameleon.
Theoretically it is possible because for computer it makes no difference working with USB flash drive or hard disk. Under stipulation that you would have mede right zero boot-sector.

So it isn't possible to install XPC for MBR at all, right?

I don't know exactly but I think it possible if your FAT32 partition will be first and to do all operations that we make with flash drive.
I could have checked it, but it depends many time to check this idea. In other words I ought to shift my first mac partition with help of paragon partition manager in my Windows 8 and create FAT32.
As I say adove it is possible in theory if my notion is well.
Perhaps the point is that it's forbidden to install the XPC to the HFS+. But Who said that it is forbidden on FAT32.
Of course I'm satisfied with XPC on flash drive. Because, It doesn't meter whether XPC would be on hard disk or not.

Could someone make this page a topic here in Insanelymac, a XPC General Instructions topic, just like the one Fabio and Slice did for Clover?

Best regards!

P.S.: Congrats to the one who wrote: made seem easy not only to use XPC, but also to create a bootable installation media for OSX.

I just attached only link not for a while yet.
Can you check one thing for me?
Download the version from 24.02.13 and see whether you have any problem with entering to GUI.

Ok. I tried latest versions of XPC from 03 to 07 March.
First of all, I feel sorry for disappearance of wallpaper in last versions of XPC
Secondly. Problems of memory are returned in 06,06Late,07 versions.
The others bugs I haven't found
In other words, I return towards previous version named 26.02.13.
Spoiler

TimeWalker75a, you deleted the criticism you posted yesterday, what i appreciate as a wise decision, since it wasn't exactly a polite review. Anyway, since you already delivered your message, why post it again? :)

All the best!

Aye! What are you talking about? If you can make better, just do it. Don't complain about.
I'm liked by what I did on my own. Because I'm pestered by standard themes which is too simple.

I think that it did some of moderators. Not he. I didn't deleted my retaliatory post. Consequently TimeWalker couldn't do it as well.

Good job! A attached the link for your manual to the top for the time being if you don't mind.
Maybe later I combine yours with my manual.
By the way. If you are a moderator of iPhoneTom's forum.
Please delete all mesages from stupid fanatic called Axotocoots

TimeWlaker75a
Do u use USBFix on XPC? If no. Please give me your full DSDT. Maybe I will be able to find a way how to get rid of this fix.
I wanna create better themes. But I have to understand the one issue for this deal.
Unfortunately I couldn't change the colour on the icons
I had done so and the colour should be orange but it remained black

Did I make something wrong or it is some bug of XPC?

Alex, TimeWlaker, what do you think to split the topic?

Post #1 , #67 and #69 here and the other posts in another topic "general discussion" ?

If you wish I can do it, let me know ;)

First post is a complete mess, it has to be restructured and thus the actual thread can be kept as is.
What Alex has to do is edit some of his previous posts on a couple of first pages or reserve new post for certain parts of the information in regards to Bootloader.
This way it will be easy to navigate and cause of a small user base it won't require an additional dedicated discussion topic.

Just plain simple hotlinking to certain post #s

1. Description - #11
2. Release notes i.e. Changelog #69
2. Binary Releases i.e. Builds - #xx
3. Installation - #xx
4. Configuring the bootloader - #67
5. Setting up multiboot environment - #xx
etc.. you get my point.

I could move the posts of other users in another topic, so the first 5,6 posts will be yours and you will able to edit them as you wish.

Ok I will do my first post over tommorow, that is will do as you suggest me.

In this case we should create the insert for XPC as we made for Clover's and Chameleon's themes
