iMessage 'Contact Apple Support error'

Well, i keep receiving this message 'Please contact Apple Support' after installing clover and editing config.plist.

It is really annoying because i do everything properly but iMessage won't work. I do not have any apple device so i can't apply the log out fix.

Is anyone still having this problem? I just am about to give up, but before that i would like to ask this excellent forum, maybe there is a fix that i miss.

It's exhaustively said, but let's go:

 

If you are getting "Contact Apple support", no workaround will work but one of these two below:

 

1) Add a valid credit card to your AppleID;

 

2) Log with your AppleID in legit Apple hardware, i.e.: an iPhone, iPad, a real Mac etc.

 

No other workaround has been proven to work!

 

There's a very well known logical fallacy, "post hoc ergo propter hoc" (after that, thus caused by that) that's behind the various claims to have the issue solved after doing this or that simple thing, when the plain fact there's no other explanation than pure coincidence to 100% of these claims. It's so true that none of these "workarounds" are reproducible. The only proven workarounds for the "Contact Apple support" are those two above.

 

I beg forgiveness if i'm being harsh: all in all, everybody just wants to help and to be helped. But that's a so very much discussed subject by now, and guessing solutions that cannot be certified to work mostly do more harm than good. That's it.
