I have quite and odd piece of hardware:

Dell Inspiron 1525 with Intel celeron 550 single-core processor and Solid state drive

Thats right single-core + SSD, both problematics on hackintoshes.

Anyways, i need to install SL 10.6.8 on it, since Lion does not work on this laptop + leopard or any older OS X versions dont support TRIM, which is essential.

Ill post my lspci here:

So yea. Just on a side note. Before i had the SSD, leopard (iAtkos v7) ran like a breeze, had everything working (sleep/audio/SD/etc) and ran on vanilla kernel + was updateable.

Anyways, should i use a distro? Or i boot+retail? I have a good internet connection and a 10.6.3 DVD.

Help needed, i really wanna get back into the hackintosh scene but this is the only device i have :/

And i dont have any moniez to buy a new PC or Mac.
