Only problem is that i dont know how to change kernel

that's not a problem if you have a windows operating system, then add the appropriate kernel to root on your Hackintosh HDD, that's all. After you do that, then boot from your hackintosh HDD, then give a name to the kernel boot flag, for example: amd_kernel npci=0x2000 -v -f (this is just an example)

 

always ask here are the basic things to read thoroughly or by googling!

It just wont install it, thought lion would BE easier to install than ML :D

Default AMD kernel in Niresh 10.7.3 Install DVD.

you need to replace the AppleACPIPlatform.kext and IOPCIFamily.kext with these

I can not get into the system to open the file because it keeps restarting after the bootloader. Can i edit the file from windows or somewhere?

yes!!!

I had already written you, install MacDrive on your Windows operating system, then you can to access to your HFS + partition / HDD, then you can change or save or can move data from A-to B

 

2.)

to fix your boot problem, look at this information, change the driver see the description, then the thing should boot

fix for Acer laptops

Some acer laptops (5920 for example) freezes sometimes durring osx boot, before root partition mounted.

It seems to be caused by AppleUSBUHCI.kext

and here is how to fix it:

1) open this file /System/Library/Extensions/IOUSBFamily.kext/Contents/PlugIns/AppleUSBUHCI.kext/Contents/Info.plist (you need root rights to edit this file)

2) find this text there :

<key>OSBundleRequired</key>
<string>Root</string>

and replace it with

<key>OSBundleRequired</key>
<string>Safe Boot</string>

3) run this command to update caches

sudo touch /System/Library/Extensions/IOUSBFamily.kext /System/Library/Extensions

4) done

you can supplement this line to your chameleon.boot.plist!

<key>USBBusFix</key>
    <string>Yes</string>
<key>UHCIreset</key>
    <string>Yes</string>

good luck!

 

Edit:

 

after you have modified the files / drivers ,you should check the partition / repair the permissions so with macdrive

So after multiple installs i was told that would BE easier IF i install SL first and then upgrade to L.

 

So i installed SL fine with flags cpus=1 & busratio=20 (iATKOS S3 V2) but

 

Now after installing it wont boot, have tried with same flags used installing abd few others, every suggestion may figure this out! With -v it just shows fastly some text and goes to black screen (too fast to take picture) with -v -x it loads alot kext's maybe and after loading it goes black screen again.

it is better to install first snow leopard, then you can from snow leopard open the lion.dmg with diskutility and install it on the other free partition and adjust the driver and test it

 Set your drives up with multiple partitions and keep 2 or 3 installs so you can test fixes and updates before committing them to your stable everyday install, this way you always have a working system to work from or to fix the other.

Will do when this system decides to boot somehow, have tried alot flags and been trying to google answers etc but its not working specific info in upper post

 

Help would BE awesome :)

make a picture of your unsuccessful start and upload it  here eventually can someone read out what is the cause, and please also invite your chameleon.boot.plist - smbios.plist file and make picture from the SystemInfo tool and upload it here

Okay will do it when i get from work in the afternoon.

Complete your signature, what motherboard (Laptop or desktop?) do you have? because then we can help you possibly to put together the targeted appropriate drivers for your hardware.

 

and install the SystemInfo tool, the tool is available for Linux, Windows and Mac, so they get very important information in relation to their suitability built-in hardware. furthermore they receive very important information in relation to the Device-ID and Vendor-ID of your built-in hardware, so you can adjust / modify according to the driver.

So i'm now trying to upgrade to Lion as i told in previous post.

Lion install went smooth from SL to other partition on my disk, changed to Bronzovka RC_15 kernel and replaced IOPCIFamily.kext & AppleACPIPlatform.kext to make it work but its not booting with boot flags ( -v, -v -x, arch=x86_64 -nossse3bit [-v doesnt do anything either] , arch=i386 -nossse3bit [-v doesnt do anything either] and just with both arch's doesnt work either

Update Chameleon to the latest version using Chameleon Wizard.

ok cool. when i get ready to install osx do i set the drive as active for the kernel to load?

try -f boot flag for the first boot.

my friend, you have downloaded the rc15 kernel by  bronzovka did you renamed bronzovkas mach_rc15 in mach_kernel? i think no

If not then you need to change your chameleon.boot.plist or renamed mach_rc15 in mach_kernel

 

if you do not want to change the kernel, then need need when Darwin starts, then press the F8 key, then scroll to your Lion partition and boot with this flag:   ( i think this is the correct name of the kernel by bronzovka) mach_rc15 npci=0x2000 PCIRootUID=0 -v -f ( or -v -x )

Edit:

I think that at the moment your computer boot with the original intel mach_kernel, this may be the reason why your computer re-starts

In the zip i downloaded and extracted it name was mach_kernel so i didnt change it just replaced with to old one, and just to be sure i did it once again and going to boot with your flags. I come to tell what happens brb

sorry, I had access to kernel rc13 (by bronzovka),  this name was mach_rc13 , that  which my assumption that it is due to the kernel.......continue to search for the cause of the problem

Looks like the wrong ACPI file. Put the orignal one back in.

did you have repaired the permissions with disk utility after you installed the two kexts and kernel ? if not than do that
