Shaneee
You need to know your device ID for the card. Then inject it into ATI5000Controller.kext and ATIRadeonX3000.kext install with Kext Wizard and repair permissions. You can get the device ID from this app, http://www.osx86.net/files/file/894-system-info/

Shaneee
It won't make a difference to the system if it shows as 5000 series. As long as your menu bar is transparent your graphics is working.
TrvHrt
Yes its transparent. Weird how it won't boot up correctly when i boot using verbose it does said incorrect kernel, trying to find my sound kext now

Shaneee
What has changed since it was booting to get the PCI error? This VoodooHDA hasn't let me down yet give it a try. VoodooHDA 2.8.2d6.pkg.zip
TrvHrt
nothing has changed I've always needed to boot with PCIRooruid even though its added on the chameleon.plist it still requires me to type my boot flags each time it can't boot on its own
Shaneee
Remove the PCIRootUID flag and try it like this. Kernel FlagsPCIRootUID=
TrvHrt
Ok will do just downloading combo update will try audio first before i install, shall i move npci flag or is that ok?
Shaneee
Leave npci as it is. You can also try npci=0x3000
TrvHrt
Booted with just -v it got to PCI configuration again. Went white screen after. So I tried with -v and npci=0x2000 and it booted. I will time how long it takes to get to login screen but on a few of the -v code say unsupported by kernel. I still have no sound.

Takes 30 seconds to desktop. Need to find sound. Is there any other kexts I would need?
