Well, I'm in the process of setting up my hackintosh, just downloading ML from the Apple Store now on my mates Mac (on a 1 meg connection, its been doing it for about 10 hours now, only have around 10 left lol). It will be installed onto my own machine via usb.

My specs being: i5 3570k (no oc, might do when everything is up and running though)

:MSi GD-45 motherboard (the non thunderbolt board)

:Radeon 7870 (I wasn't thinking of Hackintoshing it at first, but now the drivers are out, I'm hoping that it should out preform my old laptop :P)

: and an Agility 3 (will be used as boot drive (On a 30 gig partition)

(ALL SPECS WILL BE MOVED TO SIG WHEN I HAVE THE CHANCE.)

My question is: I'm going to have to install 10.8.2 to update with the combo update too 10.8.3. So I want to know if you think I will be able to boot into 10.8.2 with my card still in and then be able to update. Or have to take it out to install and then update. It's that I've had some issues with installing ML in the past with the HD4000 (they were graphical issues) and it would be alot easier to not have to go through the pain of all the display issues I had.

Also, whilst we are here :) Do you think that there will be any other steps I will have to go to? That might of caused the display issues in the first place (I followed the steps for installing on Ivy Bridge to the T :D). I heard that I might have to install a custom BIOS patch to install properly with my board, could that of been the issue?

Thanks for all the help in advance guys! (also, might be a newbie thing to say, be take it easy on me if I make a stupid mistake :D)
