I followed this guide here:

I get a boot0 error when trying to enter chameleon. I don't even get to the chameleon screen. In order to boot, I must first plug in my external hard drive and use the chameleon on there.

The error I get is:

"Boot0: Error"

That's it, nothing else.

What should I do?

Install chameleon?

How?

hi

or.. an idea ... maybe you can boot with external drive, install chameleon wizard... and install chameleon choosing "boot0" on your HDD

c.frio

Didn't work. I tried this link: http://www.macbreaker.com/2012/02/hackintosh-boot0-error.html

and although I now don't get a boot0:error, I get this:

Update: I copied the extra folder from my external HDD to the root of my mac disk. Now, everything works except wifi!

Wtf? I did not change the kext in S/L/E that got wifi to work for me.

I have an Atheros ar9285 pci wifi adapter on my laptop.
