Hello,

I would be interested in running OS X 10.8.2 on my system but i just can't... In the attached files will be a pic with the panic i get when i boot.

P.S. It's not my first time running OS X... a year ago i got Snow Leopard working 100% even managed to run the HD5770 kexts properly

PC:
Asus P7H55-M LE
Intel Core i5-760 2.8GHz speedstep disabled
4GB DDR3
Nvidia GTX 660Ti 2GB GDDR5

how are u booting from ?

are u using nullcpupowermanagement.kext ?
