Snow leopard driver updates?

Hi i have a GTX460 card in me hackintosh, Recently it has gotten super laggy, it wont play hd content online well at all, and the footage from my 5d camera is super choppy, even when its loaded into premier?

 

I havent updated anything since i built this machine about a year ago, its on 10.6.8

 

Everything else runs fine, its still pretty quick except for the laggy video!

 

failing a driver update what codec packs could i try?
