staringatlights
I read that the GTX570 is natively supported in 10.8.2. I must have gone terribly wrong in my install somewhere, because mine isn't properly recognized. During installation I suffered from blank screens and deleted the NVDAGF100Hal.kext driver in order to boot normally. I tried to get the NVIDIA 570 GTX to work under 10.8 using the 300.4 drivers, it didn't have any effect. Booting with GraphicsEnabler=No (or Yes) has no effect. Im a little confused with how I should properly setup the GTX570. Do I need the NVDAGF100Hal.kext driver? If so, is there something I can do to boot without a blank screen (no signal)? If I don't, how do I get the card recognized? So close, yet so far... Edited November 2, 2012 by fantomas1 Please remember that you are in a public forum, a bit of courtesy is always welcome.
