Hi everyone,

i have the problem that I cant change the resolution of chameleon to 1440x900, the native resolution of my screen. If I do so my tft screen gets black, so i assume hes not compatible with the mode at this stage of the boot process. After searching in various forums i saw that its neccesarry to check if the graphics card supports this resolution with the vesa table. So i checked it and as it turns out it should be working. Using this Resolution and connecting an old crt screen works. I also tried to change the frequency and the colour depth but with no results. At the moment im using 1280x800 but it would be grat to be able to use the nativ resolution. My Graphics are working when im using OS X. I can also run games and quartz extreme is available.

My Specs:

Core2duo e4300 @3,00 Ghz

2 gb Ram

64 Gb SSD (Windows 7)

1 Tb Sata Hdd (containg Ubuntu 12.04 and Mac OS X Lion 10.7.2)

DVD drive Sata

Sapphire Radeon HD 5770 Vapor-x

Asus P5q em Mainboard

Screen: HP w19b conencted with a dvi to vga converter and a vga cable

Chameleon 2.00 RC 5

Would be great if anyone could help me solving this problem.
