x1900 Driver Problem

I'm trying to get my X1900 to work with the 64-bit Version of Vista RC1 I have installed. The error message in the device manager page for the card shows:

This device cannot find enough free resorces that it can use (Code 12)

If you want to use this device, you will need to disable one of the other devices on this system.

Is there any solution to this? I've tried reinstalling the drivers several times, but nothing seems to work. Has anyone had similar problems? What happens with the stock card? or Does this have something to do with the 64-bit version not being compatable? I'm stuck in 4-bit color, and it's not fun

This is a bit of a bummer, because a lot of the other things appear to have installed on their own (Wireless, audio, etc.)
