Like topic, is it possible if i install the 10.8.2.dmg on my current 10.7.2 at desktop?

You'll need to do a clean install. If you have a backup or time machine, you can then transfer all data and setting using migration assistant or setup utility, but be prepared to fix some permissions gremlins in your ~/Library/

I dont have so much settings to backup, just a few kexts i just installed osx...So i have to make a bootable 10.8.2 on my thumb drive?

yup, any super special kexts just for your hardware or usual hackintosh stuff? maybe back them up just incase you need to reuse a couple.
