chestertonic
I'm brand new to this Hackintosh stuff but really excited to try it out. I've got the time, it seems that my hardware will work...just don't really know where to begin. I"m trying to find a guide to dual boot both Win7 and Snow Leopard on my HDD. I have an AMD Athlon II x4, MSI NF750-G55 motherboard w/ Nvidia nforce 750a chipset. I found guides for both dual boot and for my hardware but they conflict. In one guide it says to set HD to AHCI mode but it says it would ruin any working Windows installation. And thats the problem since I'm trying to dual boot on one HD. Is there a work around other than getting another HD? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

My desktop doesn't have it but it works fine. Just partition your HDD in windows and during the OS X Setup open Disk Utility select your new partition and format is to HFS+
