I get stuck on loading after this update... I dont have plugins in FakeSMC

Here's a pic of where I get stuck:

I can boot in safe mode with no problems.

Hi

I had a problem too for boot up my system after 10.8.2 update.
For fix the problem I did replaced AppleACPIPlatform.kext by the previous version, this one if it may help you.

Alex: looks like video problems. Explore fixes in that area.

Tried that, it stops on the exact same spot. Maybe that's not the issue.

IOGraphics family was updated in the update, you could try rolling that back

Look for OemSmbios.kext in /System/Library/Extensions/FakeSMC.kext/PlugIns, /Extra/Extensions, and /System/Library/Extensions. Delete it and rebuild kext caches.

I dont have that file at all. I have FakeSMC, but there is no OemSmbios in it, nor in Extra or S/L/E

Maybe try without NVinject?
