Hi everyone I'm new here and I am trying in every way to install Lion!

My hardware configuration is this:
Motherboard: G31M-GS 2.0 Ashrock last updated bios
Proc: Intel E5400 2.7 ghz
Video Card: Nvidia 9400 gt
HD: 320gb
RAM: 4 GB

The installation does not start! I noticed that I could not choose AHCI mode from the bios ..... but there must be a way!
I tried several "lauch control" ..... but nothing happens!
(-x-v-s arch = i386 NPCI = 0 × 2000 PCIRootUID = 1/0  GraphicsEnabler = NO \ YES)


This is the kernel panic.... and I apologize for the poor quality!
In the meantime, I try to download again iATKOS!

Hello everybody here, I have facing the same problem installing iATKOS L2. The installer halts with the same lines. Please please please help me to way out.   Thanks in advance.

My Spec :
Mobo : MSI G41M-P26
CPU : C2D E8600 2.66 Ghz
RAM : Kingston 2GB DDR3
HDD : WD 320 GB SATA
GPU : ATI HD 4350 1 GB
PATA DVD Drive
PS2 Keyboard & Mouse
