Heya guys. So, I made a lil budget build. All is running well, except from the sound.
It works, but it's crackling so much, it's unbearable. I have installed the VoodooHDA 0.2.56. Do you have any ideas on what I should do?
I'm so close to a perfect hackintosh.

Remove the VoodooHDA.kext and try this. Install with Kext Wizard or your preferred program.

Its been edited for the ALC888.

AppleHDA.kext.zipThanks for that! For my Asus P6T SE Realtek ALC1200/ALC888 I tried the tonymac86/###### "legacy" version and the OSX86.net "Oscar09" version; the first didn't work at all for me and the second didn't give me the S/PDIF output (which I need), but this one works a treat!
