Suddenly can't boot

My hackintosh was working fine, after fixing the audio and ethernet... but now suddenly it won't boot, but keep the apple logo screen on forever (no loading wheel, no kernel panic)

ASUS PQ5-E
intel core2duo 3,16Ghz
4Gb corsair 1066hz ram
radeon hd 4870

the only thing that was installed before it stopped working was drivers for bamboo pen & touch

I can't even boot into safe mode...
