Rampage Dev
Change to SMBIOS to iMac 12,1 to fix the audio popping. Keep trying different SMBIOS until the issue is resolved. Create a SSDT. Follow my guide here: http://rampagedev.wordpress.com/2012/06/30/how-to-make-your-own-ssdt-17-2/

Rampage Dev
You can not boot with the SSDT installed? Did you compile it and make sure there was no errors in it?

Rampage Dev
Ok. I injected your GPU into your DSDT. So you can remove GraphicsEnabler=Yes from your Boot.plist DSDT.aml.zip
