Help run the sound! Installed 10.8 on the following configuration: i5 asus p7p55 lx card asus geforce 210 1gb. everything works except the sound, trying to run through vooodoo 2.7.3 does not work in settings visible to hdmi outputs. Tried to edit the plist kext write in plist id device 3b56. Also tried kext that works 10.7 does not work

try voodoo 2.7.4, or 2.7.2, or 2.7.1 or know your codec and maybe be able to use AppleHDA

How did you installed 10.8 on p7p55 lx? please post an instuctions and dsdt

I've p7pp55d LE and i've a problem with sound as you! I have solved buying a usb sound card.Terratec dual usb...looking for in google..is cheap solution and work without driver on mac win and linux!I'm happy with this!

Plese post here your dsdt, extra folder or whatever you used to install ML

This is a tread for solve a problem with audio, not for installing ML, but i tell you: i not use a dsdt.i have install ML retail building usb bootable with insanelymac guide!

I found a working kext, installed voodoo HDA 2.7.3 from the official site. The installer wrote id card plist. It works, but sometimes when you reboot appears kernel panic
