lmt1979 Posted August 8, 2012 Share Posted August 8, 2012 Hi guys, I have an Asus P6t Deluxe V2 board with a core i7 920, 12 gigs of ram (6 sticks), running 10.7.2. Everything is pretty much great except for the Kernel Panics I'm getting on restart/shutdown. I've repaired permissions already. Here are some screenshots of the KP after I attempt to restart. Better still unplug all drives apart from your OS X one and see if the problem persists. Don't be scared to read apple forums regarding panics, a good hack is pretty much the same as a real mac so the problems crossover. eep357 Posted August 9, 2012 Share Posted August 9, 2012 Agree fully with rockinron_1 - one thing I don't agree with is a comment on the apple forum linked that ntfs drivers are extremely stable, especially once you try to enable any write support. So aside from the obvious unplugging of drives and filesystem repair, if you have Paragon or Tuxtera installed to enable writing to NTFS, that would be another thing to look at...by look I mean remove Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
