DDR2 800 3Gb

NVIDIA Geforce 8400 GS

ESI Juli@

OS X 10.9.5

Everything works great with mach_10.9.5_bronya_rc4 and VoodooTSCSyncAMD.kext.

Any chance to run Viber?

I know of certains apps, such as Pro Tools, that indeed seem to be closely looking into the CPU feature, report absence of SSSE3 support and then fail to run. Could these apps simply not care about the SSSE3 emulator or the emulator may not implement specific commands that the apps are looking for? I can't say.

There use to be a specific -nossse3bit flag on some AMD kernels. Can't say if it's still applicable today. You can always try, no harm to be had...

I have the following problem with mach_10.9.5_bronya_rc4 kernel running on Phenom II x4 955 / WMware Workstation: it is impossible to open About This Mac -> System Report. The system hangs for a while and then all applications are relaunched. There were no such problem with some older kernels dated to October-November 2014.

Hi ! You tried with my boot ?

No, I didn't try to use your boot because WMware has its own built-in loader.

This kext _replace_Kext_for_Yosemite only for Yosemite , but no for  Maverick !

Bronya and if the problem iopci Yosemite meeting is the same for Mavericks 10.9.2/3/4/5, the Mavericks AppStore version 10.9.4 is a version for cards that meet iopci a problem, these are kexts necessary.

Hi and thanks everyone for this great effort to make the impossible become real. Well i am on 10.9.5 and i use Bronya's mach_10.9.5_bronya_rc4 kernel without his boot file. I have n't replaced any kext with modded. I am using no DSDT and clover bootloader. I have phenom x4 965 BE. I want to mention that i also have random restarts and the console does not show anything about it. thanks in advance again, keep up

EDIT : random reboots happen when i am trying to upload from chrome or safari a file!! every every time the same.

First of all, great work Bronya on you mach_kernel_rc4 for 10.9.5.

Only with your kernel I have no glitches in desktop names

Been testing all of them available.

Also I tried to use your boot file, no go  :( had to reinstall Chameleon.

On the other hand, I have one little problem while using your kernel. It's related to my SATA DVD-RW. It works after boot up process for a while, when I don't use it, lets say half an hour, it goes to sleep, and I can't access it anymore, OS can't wake him up, so that affects my programs such as Parallels Desktop, DVD creator, Toast and others who use it. In most cases I have app not responding.

so I tested with kernel 10.9.5 FX_RC2 from hackintoshosx, not sure who wrote it, here is the version:

Darwin MBPs-MacBook-Pro.local 13.4.0 Darwin Kernel Version 13.4.0: Mo 13 Okt 2014 19:49:18 CEST; george:xnu-2422.115.4_FX_rc2/BUILD/obj/RELEASE_X86_64 x86_64

With that kernel everything works, exept desktop names are corrupted!!! Big issue for me, as I work DTP from home.

So I don't have that problem with DVD, after few hours of work I can still access my dvd, he wakes up and everything is ok.  B)

Now I have 2 kernels which I use on my primary machine, that one, and yours.

Here are my specs:

AMD Phenom II x4 955 BE

Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P rev1.0

16GB DDR3 1333Mhz

nVidia GeForce GTS 250 (Asus) (web driver)

Sound Blaster Audigy 4 (kxproject)

3 HDD, WinXP x64 (Gaming), WD Black 500GB (Windows 7), SSD (Mavericks 10.9.5)

Pioneer DVD-RW DVR221

Chameleon Bootloader 2.3 svn r2625

Using Custom DSDT.aml
