Apps Crashing & Date change for updates *Fixed!*

I'm having huge problems. I installed OSX 10.6.8 on a AMD Computer, specs in my sig. The only way I was able to do a combo update was to change the date a year back and then I try to open programs and they instantly crash with this. This is from Google Chrome
