shutdown problem

hi friends,i have installed iatkosl2(mac 10.7.2)(dual boot with win 7).in the mac,when i click shutdown,the os shutdown,but the CPU still keeps running.how to fix it.

my system config:

intel core2duo processor

intel dg41rq(board)

2gb ram

500GB HDD

Nvidia gforce 9500gt-1GB

the partion which i installed iatkosL2(MAC) has 25GB.
