PedRodolfo
Hello guys, back to trying to install mac on my pc, I tried a distro since 10.6.2 Hazard unless I'm mistaken, but did not catch, I've used the nawcom + retail, and only began with the boot cd, and would not start the wifi, I could not even install, which is the Ralink RT3090. I was told to install chameleon as well, but made no difference. And occasionally caught with cpus = 1, but then they took over, because one of the biggest problems I had was not having to enable AHCI in the BIOS. How do I install this guys? The following PC configurations: Processor: AMD Turion II Dual-Core P520 (2.3 GHz) Memory: 4 GB (2 x 2048 MB) DDR3 Hard Disk: SATA 500 GB 7200 rpm DVD w / LightScribe (supports Dual-Layer) Graphics: ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4250 128mb dedicated (w / supports to 2046mb) Card Reader (5-in-1) Webcam: HP TrueVision w / Integrated Digital Microphone Network Interface: 10/100/1000 Gigabit Ethernet LAN Wireless: Ralink RT3090 and Bluetooth Just to posting here because I know you manjam and searched the whole internet for it and did not. Thanks guys, keep the peace!
Foxic
Install using OSX86 ModCD/ModUSB + 10.6.3 Snow Leopard Retail disk. Then install Chameleon (the bootloader) to your HDD Then add smbios.plist and org.chameleon.Boot.plist to /Extra Customise install with kexts and dsdt.aml to configure hardware. You need to post more detailed information if you want help with your install. What card reader do you have? Is your webcam UVC? Does it work with camtwist? What network interface do you have? Ralink WiFi card wont work well if at all in OS X. Best getting an atheros ARB195 if you want a joint wifi/bluetooth card. Possibly run and post the output of lspci, iasl and lsusb from an ubuntu terminal.
