phfaty Posted July 11, 2012 Share Posted July 11, 2012 I no longer have my Apple install discs that came with my Macbook and was wondering if it is possible to install Snow Leopard from a cdr image copy of my Snow Leopard disc which I still have stored on my portable hard drive. I've already burned a copy to a DVD-DL disc but the macbook fails to boot with the disc in the drive. I've done at least 3 Hackintosh builds using guides and tools from both this forum and insanelymac_. Thanks for your help Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
