I don't know much about hackintoshing, but I do know my way around computers and windows very well. I'm no n00b, but I would like some help picking a build.
I have a hp pavilion a6110n desktop I would like to put mac on.
It has:
AMD Athlon x2 4400+
nForce 430 chipset (I believe)
nVidia GeForce 8400 GS
Generic Most Everything else
I have tried Leo4All and had problems with "still waiting for root device" and couldn't get any
rd=diskXsX combinations to work.
Any ideas or recommendations?

I tried on the same MoBo http://www.insanelym...howtopic=279344
The problem I had was that the onboard video card shared RAM with the MoBo, so it will never have QE. If you use a not-onboard video card you may be able to get it to work. Also the onboard ethernet is not compatible, so you would also need a ethernet card.
