eep357
OK, not seeing any of the GA, VA and GL drivers loaded. Can you double check on your device ID, use this System Info, an app to get hardware and kexts info

eep357
OK, try this, nice full matched set too https://dl.dropbox.c...5989/Nvidia.zip if needed here is geforce open GL driver that I patched using netkas script https://dl.dropbox.com/u/12515989/GeForceGLDriver.bundle.zip If no luck with those, these Nvidia ones http://www.nvidia.com/object/macosx-270.00.00f01-driver.html should work OK in 10.7.4, but you need to change your smbios to a MacPro, or edit appleGraphicsPowerManagement.kext if running iMac smbios

eep357
download the installer from nvidia to installer from nvidia but dont run it yet. use chameleon wizard to generate a smbios with serial for macpro. the smbios is in your /Extra folder. copy your old one first, if changing it causes any other issues change it back to the old one. try booting with the mac pro smbios and if it's OK, run the nvidia installer. If not, and you have to switch back to your old one, you can try runing the nvidia installer, but it may say it will only on macpro, if so use pacafist to extract the kexts from the installer and install them. The go to applegraphicspowermangagement.kext and copy it to desktop, open info.plist and copy all the text listed under "macpro 5,1" to "imac 12,3" or whatever model your using and replace what was there in the process. Install edited kext. you can try disabling chameleon graphics enabler, but prob gonna want it on.
Jonathan Valdez
so i managed to change to mac pro 5,1 and mac4,1 and i both get a a message when trying to reboot i think its a panic then i run on -x -v and boots normal and the system info does read my card
eep357
yeah I thought that might happen. Safe mode won't give full HW acceleration on the graphics card as it only loads the basic drivers. the nvidia drivers should still work with imac smbios, but then may not run full speed until the graphics power management kext is edited
