phor2zero
I'm in the process of switching from XP to my new iMac. I have all my personal finances (and I mean everything) in Microsoft Money. I really like it, but there's no mac version, so I'm going to have to switch over. I checked out Quicken for Mac, but it has a really awful reputation, so I'm trying to find Apple's own iMoney. It's not included in the iLife suite. Where can I get it?

phor2zero
no such thing? You've got to be kidding. How can a typical home user expect to make the "switch" to Mac if there's no ability to do the most common things a home computer is used for? Is there any third party software other than Quicken that will work?.... ideally will MS Money work under Darwine?

phor2zero
iYouHaveNoMoneyToManageAfterGivingAllOfItToAppleForYourImac ROTFLMAO!! :pirate2: Mash, Bootcamp seems a rather clunky way of going about it, but obviously it would work. Parallels would also work, but it kind of defeats the idea of having my money management running in a BSD based OS (I'm still convinced that OSX is inherently more secure than XP or Vista) and able to use the Mac's FileVault feature to add even more seamless security. Since I think a money management component to iLife would still be the most elegant solution, does Apple have a suggestions submission website or anything where such an application can be requested? phor2zero
Thank you baysie! My apologies denisvj, I thought you were making a joke with iBank. I'm going to check it out. It's apparantly trialware and actually costs about the same as MS Money.

Adrian Fogge
A "code" Mr. Piratemaniac, err... Baysie. How convenient that you would have a "code" for such a program that runs under OS X on your Asus Computer. Are you refering to one that you got out of a Cereal Box?
