Try booting with -f -v arch=i386 GraphicsEnabler=y.
If it works, add arch=i386 to your kernel flags string in /Extra/org.chameleon.Boot.plist.

There is nothing you can do, there is no 64-bit driver for your video card for the version of OS X you're running. You can try using nvidia drivers and OpenGL framework from 10.6.2, but there's no guarantee that it will work well.
It's not much of an issue though, OS X is not like Windows.
In 32-bit kernel and drivers mode you can still run 64-bit apps, use up to 32GB RAM in total, with each running process being able to use up to 4GB.
The most tangible advantage to running in full 64-bit mode is that some kernel to memory operations are faster, you're not really losing out if you stay in 32-bit kernel and drivers mode.
