Has anyone installed OS X Lion on a Lenovo W520? I have tried and it usually doesn't run although once on an install it booted but the graphics or sound drivers didn't work.

I have not, as I don't have that computer but I can how ever help you with fixing your sound and graphic drives, when you boot I'm assuming you see something or no?

if so download and install http://code.google.c...kg.zip&can=2&q= to fix your sound.

Also what Graphics card does the Lenovo have?

also looked some stuff up for you. You have a Quadro 1000m or 2000m.
If you have Chameleon try booting with
-v graphicsenabler=yes
or
-v graphicsenabler=no
